Mark Griese
Mark has been a significant part of the property industry on both a state and national level, for over 35 years. He is a known developer who has experience in all areas of the development, construction and property industries. As a result, Mark has been able to take this personal experience to projects that need a complete solution.
His proven record spans the industrial, residential, commercial, infrastructure and hospitality markets; leading projects with end values of up to 300 million. Through the last 4 decades he has played a key role in the planning and implementation of a number of large -scale projects for clients like Sony, EMI and subdividing key areas of industrial land in Sydney like Huntingwood and Erskine Park.
He most recently worked on Interchange Park (56 ha Business Park), Nort h West Transport Hub (100 ha Business Park) and tenant facilities for DANA Spicer Axles (33,000 m2), Fantastic Furniture (60,000 m2) and the City Views Commercial Development for ING Industrial ( a four level commercial space with a Nett Lettable area of 7, 500 m2).
Klute Griese

From a foundation in sales , construction and property financing and structuring,Klute has over a decade of experience in the development and construction fields. Combining this experience with a Masters of Property enables him to not only understand the complexities of the project but also provide clients with a high level of reporting.
This together with his intimate understanding of sales and marketing, he has played a key role in the planning and implementation of a number of large-scale projects most recently Interchange Park (56 ha Business Park), North West Transport Hub (100 ha Business Park) and tenant facilities for Schenker (33,000 m2), Myer (30,000 m2) and Manassen Foods (15,000 m2).
Saxon Griese
Senior Development Manager
With a background in politics and campaigning, Saxon then moved into the advisory field gaining experience in the zoning, subdivision, planning and authority context of the property industry. His work in consultancy has led to involvement with all levels of government.
He brings to the team an understanding of the factors affecting development opportunities , particularly in the initial ‘planning and authorities ’ stage and the steps needed to bring a project to construction.
